How to write a great review

Here are a few guidelines to follow to make sure everyone gets the most out of your review.

  • Be concise.
  • Be balanced. Praise the good points and highlight what needs improvement. Remember this is also an opportunity for the hotel/motel to improve.
  • Talk about things that you would have liked to know before you stayed.
    - The location
    - The quality of the facilities
    - The breakfast or restaurants available
    - Does the pool or rooms, look as good as the photos.
  • Provide context for the rating.
  • For example: exceptionally clean for a cheaper hotel, or great little extras in the bathroom.
